Stacey is an independent filmmaker and photographer based in Illinois. She has held several production/post-production positions on independent films across Chicagoland. Her television background originated from the College of DuPage Multimedia Services and continued onto freelance at Naperville Community Television Channel 17. Her photography has been mass-produced for College of DuPage, TCW magazine, and Studio D – a Best Buy concept. In 2004, she was awarded the Special Merit Award by the After Hours Film Society for the promo The Illinois Prairie Path – Nature For The People and is currently pursuing her Film and Video degree at Columbia College Chicago.

Stacey has currently been collaborating with Brown Finch Films on the feature length Documentary PROCEED AND BE BOLD!, that has premiered May 9, 2008 at Columbia College Chicago and May 10, 2008 at DePaul University.
